Not a bad portrait. The lighting and colors are very nice.
I really find the guitar neck and head distracting though. I wouldn't have included the guitar at all, or at least angled the neck downwards so it wasn't obstructive. It also might have been better if you'd tried placing her left hand somewhere on the visible frets. But shot like it is, I really just think it takes away from the photo.
I can't find much else that I don't like. Outside of that, nicely done.
